ORDER PROCESSING

Your product will be placed into processing as soon as the order is submitted.
To estimate your delivery time, please consider the following factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date during the regular season:

HANDLE TIME

Once your payment is confirmed, your order will begin processing, which usually takes 2-4 business days.
Note:
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
During high order volumes, shipping delays of several days may occur. Please anticipate additional shipping time. If there are significant delays, we will notify you via email or phone.

Note:
Holidays and Peak Seasons: Due to holidays in the U.S. and internationally, especially during peak seasons, delivery times may be delayed by up to 7 days for both domestic and international shipments.

1. PO BOX/APO/FPO/DPO Addresses:
We cannot ship to PO Box, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
2. Shipping Notifications and Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipping notification email with product and package images.
After 24 hours, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
If you do not receive the tracking number, please check your spam folder or the shipping email in your order, and contact us at [email protected].
3. Shipping to Multiple Addresses:
We cannot split an order for shipping to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each shipping address.
4. Order Status Check:
Orders take up to 7 business days to arrive in your country, after which the tracking number will be updated. If the tracking number is still not working after 7 business days, please contact us at [email protected].
5. Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
Please check around your area and ask your neighbors. If you still cannot find the package, contact your local postal service.

6. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees:
Creativedesign247 is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Customers are responsible for any fees incurred during shipping, including customs and import taxes.
We strive to minimize such cases to avoid unexpected costs for you. Additionally, customs inspections may cause delays in delivery, which are beyond our control. For more details, please contact your local customs office.
7. Change of Address or Shipping Method:
Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to change your shipping address or shipping method.
Please note, we cannot change the shipping address or shipping method once the order has been shipped.
