RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
1. Exchanges Policy:
Due to the personalized nature of the products, we do not accept returns.
Incorrect Address: Orders returned due to an incorrect address will not be resent or refunded unless the customer pays a fee to correct the address.
Order Mistakes / Change of Mind / No Longer Want the Product: We DO NOT accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
Order Modifications: Requests for order changes will be accepted within 24 hours after the order is successfully placed.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you contact us regarding a defective product, delivery mistake, or any issue related to our fault, please attach a clear photo of the product’s defect in the email.

3. Undelivered Orders:

If your product does not arrive within 30 days from the purchase date, please contact us for a free replacement or full refund.

5. Late Refunds or Missing Refunds:
