RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

1. Exchanges Policy:

Due to the personalized nature of the products, we do not accept returns.
Incorrect Address: Orders returned due to an incorrect address will not be resent or refunded unless the customer pays a fee to correct the address.

If your product does not arrive within 30 days from the purchase date, please contact us for a free replacement or full refund.
(Note: This policy does not apply if the customer provides incorrect shipping information or if the package is lost due to postal services.)
